I've watched a few seasons of The Next Food Network Star and I'm always hearing the judge Bobby Flay, Bob Tuschman, and Susie Fogelson going on about the contestants clear culinary point of view. Well I've come up with my own clear culinary point of view: Leftovers! My theory, well more of a challenge than a theory, is that I can make make anything from last nights dinner into a delicious meal the next day. Usually this will turn into some sort of breakfast but I believe leftovers can be reconstructed into anything.
So get excited folks because you are going to get a glimpse of the good and the bad, the tasty and the disgusting, the successes and the garbage! And let me know if you have any ideas.
